English Abstract

The study aimed at identify the impact of pioneering leadership on organizational capability building in the official Jordanian universities in the southern governorates, to achieve the objectives of this study, the employees of the universities were selected as: Director, Assistant Director, Head of Department and Employee as a study population where they numbered ( 3000 ).

A random stratified sample was taken by ( 220 ) of the study population, atotal of ( 200 ) data were valid to be proceessed and analyzed afterwards with statistical program in the statistical analysis of these data based on many measures the most important of them are: arithmetic averages, standard deviations, multiple regression analysis, step wise regression analysis, variance inflation coefficient, cornebach'salpha coefficient.

The study reach to the following perceptions ,which is the most important perception ,the employees visions about the dimensions of the pioneering leadership and their visions about the dimension of organizational capability building in the official Jordanian universities in the southern governorates ,there is an effect for the pioneer leadership independently for building the organizational capability, it defines a ( 60.6% ) from the variance of the variables that belong for building the organizational capability.

The study recommends the necessary for adopting the concept of the pioneer leadership and work all of its dimension at all of the universities to build the organizational ability and also to be careful about choosing the leaders who have the characteristics of the pioneer leadership.
