English Abstract
Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM) is a key line for reaching the success enterprises in industry and services in terms of operational areas, stakeholder expectations and organizational strategies.
It is main for integrity of its business operations, ensuring business continuity, managing operational costs and improving environmental and social impact for a competitive advantage.
The goal of this work is to study the influence of SSC on the company management.
For this research, quantitative research has been selected and a stratified random sample method was chosen.
A survey methodology was applied to collect data by distributing a questionnaire randomly to managers and employees of a companies in Jordan.
Total of (216) questionnaires were collected out of (230) questionnaire distributed where it was found that (205) suitable questionnaires for analysis.
A descriptive statistical analysis was used to fulfill the objectives of the study.
The results of this work indicate that sustainable supply chain management is an effective means of managing company practices in supply chain , based on its positive impact on each of the aspects cited here where all aspects as independent parameters showed a positive influence with a vary agreement percentages ranging from high to medium percent.
The highest percent is for practices regarding customers with (80.5%) that means reflecting the impact of applying sustainability on increasing the number of customers of the company, followed by practices of the Jordanian governments legislations with (75.75%),then practices of the supplies with (72.25%) and the last are with practices regard to reverse supply chains with percent (52.25%).
About 61.9% of the variation in sustainable supply chain practices has been explained by the practices of Jordanian government laws and regulations.
Some recommendations were provided and some topics related to this subjects were suggested as future researches.
