English Abstract

This study aims to identify Jordanian-Egyptian relations during the reign of King Abd Allah II during the period 1999-2018, and to indicate the impact of regional changes on the relations between the two countries, the most important areas of cooperation between Jordan and Egypt, and the determinants of Jordan's foreign policy towards Egypt.

The Jordanian and Egyptian decision to absorb the Arab Spring flood.

The study is based on a decision-making approach that is based on an analysis of the factors influencing regional transformations and the ability of decision makers to adapt to these variables.

The decision-making process is an interactive process between the participating parties whether formal or informal.

In addition to the use of descriptive approach, which focuses on the importance of regional and international developments and their impact on the interests of States and their strategic priorities, and the analysis of recurrent phenomena in the policies of other countries.

The study concluded that Jordan and Egypt have been linked to political, economic and cultural relations since their establishment, and not to recent ones.

The study recommended that Jordan and Egypt should strengthen relations and cooperation at all levels.
