English Abstract

The study was aims to identify the degree of availability of psychological needs and their relationship with the personal characteristics of teachers in special education institutions in the State of Kuwait.

The study sample consisted of ( 299 ) maie and female teachers.

The descriptive survey method was used to achieve the objectives of this study.

The results of the study indicate that the degree of availability of psychological needs and their relationship with the personal characteristics of teachers in special education institutions in the State of Kuwait came at a high level, and the absence of differences of statistical significance that can be The variables of the study ( sex, specialization, years of experience ) were based on the psychological needs scale.

There were no statistically significant differences that can be attributed to the variables of the study ( gender, specialization, years of experience ) on the personality traits scale.

To study the psychological needs of teachers and put them in focus, hold various seminars for teachers to explore the aspects of knowledge and culture.
