English Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the impact of manangement by walking around on school principal's effectiveness in Karak schools from the teacher's perspective.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of ( 62 ) items then realbilaity and validity were calculated ; the study population consisted of ( 2600 ) teachers.

The study sample consisted of ( 416 ) teachers, selected in stratified random method, where total of ( 390 ) valid statistical analyzes were retrieved by ( 93.75% ).

The study used a range of statistical methods: arithmetic averages, standard deviations, Multiple Regression Analysis coefficient, multiple-variance analysis, alpha-cronbach.

The results of the study showed: the perceptions of the members of the study sample to the dimensions of manangement by walking came to a medium degree ; the perceptions of the members of the study sample to the dimensions of effectiveness of school principals came to a medium degree, and there is a statistically significant impact at the level of significance ( α<=0.05 ) of manangement by walking on effectiveness of school principals.

The study recommanded, a number of recommendations were proposed, including: enhancing the level of management by roving school principals by organizing awareness sessions and workshops on the importance of the management method of roaming and its role in helping the director achieve the objectives of the educational process.
