Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر استراتيجيات التكامل في الفاعلية التنظيمية في الشركات الاستخراجية جنوب الأردن، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من الشركات الاستخراجية في جنوب الأردن حيث تم سحب عينة طبقية نسبية من ثلاث شركات و هي لافارج و البوتاس و الفوسفات، حيث بلغ حجم العاملين فيها (5342) موظف و موظفة وتم سحب عينة طبقية بنسبة (15) حيث بلغ حجم العينة (686) صالحة للتحليل، و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال قيام الباحث بتطوير استبانة تهدف إلى الإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة.

و لقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج التي بينت أن مستوى أبعاد أثر استراتيجيات التكامل للشركات الاستخراجية في جنوب الأردن من وجهة نظر المبحوثين كانت اغلبها متوسطة، كما و أظهرت النتائج الواردة أن استراتيجية التكامل العامودي بأبعاده (العامودي، الأفقي) لها أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) في الفاعلية التنظيمية في الشركات الاستخراجية في جنوب الاردن.

ولقد توصلت الدراسة الى العديد من التوصيات أكدت على ضرورة إيجاد العديد من الشركات الوساطة التسويقية التابعة للشركات الاستخراجية الأردنية، وكذلك يتوجب وضع إستراتيجية مرنة شأنها تحقيق الأهداف ذات الأولوية من خلال إشراك الموظفين في تحقيقها.

English Abstract

This study aimed at analyzing the impact of integration strategies on the organizational effectiveness of extractive companies in the south of Jordan.

The study population consisted of all the employees working in the extractive companies in the south of Jordan, where a relative stratified sample was chosen from three companies; Lafarge, Potash and Phosphate, and the number of employees was (5342) male and female employees, in which (15%) of those were selected in the study sample with a total of (686) employees.

The study used the descriptive analytical approach, in which the researcher developed a questionnaire which aimed at answering the study questions.

The study concluded a number of results which revealed that the dimensions for the impact of integration strategies on the organizational effectiveness of extractive companies in the south of Jordan from the perspective of respondents were medium, where the means ranged between (3.5) for the dimension of horizontal-vertical integration, followed by the front-vertical dimension with a mean of (3.52) and finally the back-vertical dimension with a mean of (3.54).

The study concluded with a number recommendations that confirmed the necessity of establishing marketing companies which belong to the Jordanian extractive companies, as well as setting a flexible strategy in order to achieve the objectives with the urgent priority by engaging the employees in achieving them.
