The goal of The study is to identify the most important variables that contribute in the effectiveness of the business model and its impact on the performance of institutions to create an added value, By using the SPSS statistical program and WARP PLS equation model to analyze the data and test hypotheses.

The results confirm the validity of the hypotheses, which are the among factors affecting the performance of the institution under study in the state of Sidi Bel Abbes is the effectiveness of the business model as the highest degree, there was an increase in the rate of sales, and consequently, the profitability of these institutions increased, which was also reflected in the creation of an added value, in order to achieve leadership in the entrepreneurship field, and the study also recommended the need's of adopting a flexible business model that adapts to the surrounding environment to avoid risks and achieve leadership.
