إن من المهام الرئيسة للادعاء العام هي حماية المصالح العليا للهيئة الاجتماعية وتحقيق العدالة، وكذلك حماية نظام الدولة وأمنها ومؤسساتها وأموالها، ووسيلته في ذلك إقامة الدعوى بالحق العام، والكشف السريع عن الأفعال الجرمية للاقتصاص من الجاني، إلا أن تحقيق هذه الأهداف قد يعترضها عائق يجعل من أعمال هذه الإجراءات ضرر على الهيئة الاجتماعية، أو يؤثر سلبا في الأمن الداخلي، ومن ثم يكون من الأفضل عدم استمرار إجراءات دعوى الحق العام.
Abstract EN
One of the main tasks of the public prosecution is to protect the supreme interests of the social body and achieve justice, as well as protect the state’s system, security, institutions and funds, and its means in that is filing a lawsuit for the public right, and promptly uncovering the criminal acts of retribution from the perpetrator.
the actions of these procedures harm the social organization, or negatively affect internal security, and then it would be better not to continue then it is better not to continue public right lawsuit procedures.
