The definition of grammatical citation states that : a guide to eloquent Arabic speech-from poetry and prose-driven to prove a grammatical rule, but the evidence of grammarians is not limited to the words of the Arabs in poetry and prose, in addition to this, it includes : the Qur'an and the readings and the noble prophetic hadith., as Sheikh Muhammad Bey Bilalem was among the most important scholars who employed the witness in their books.

sheikh Muhammad, so that we found him in his book : “Minhat al-Ataraab, an explanation of Mulihatal'iierab” employing different evidence, the thing that motivated us to approach al Minhat through the sheikh's employment of grammatical citation, among the results that we can reach are : evidence is more employed by sheikh, with Qur'anic evidence, accompanied by evidence from the words of the ar, and in third place is evidence of the noble prophet's hadith.
