This article aims to identify the impact of financial control on the budget of wilaya process as we analyze 30 resolutions distributed across three public administrative bodies to make the study realistic and give it a real approach to the extent that the budget enforcement and monitoring assistants comply with applicable laws and legislation to ensure good progress After the analysis of the results, the budget of wilaya showed that there was a clear link between the financial control exercised in its three dimensions and the wilaya's budget process.
