Abstract EN

This study aims to demonstrate the role of social values in forming the social background of the individual as two variables in the building and system of the Algerian society as a whole, given that it has a basic function within the family, school and society, and it is one of the essential concepts in the social, economic, political and religious fields as affecting all human relations and the whole The interactions, dealings, and test against which action is measured, has thus become a fertile field for many researches that have received wide scientific response in both psychological and social terms, highlighting the following hypothesis: that social values contribute to the formation of the social background of the Algerian individual.

As researchers in this field, we will try to study the role of social values in forming the social background from an analytical sociological point of view, relying on the analytical descriptive approach to highlight the various value dimensions that in turn contribute to the formation of the social background.

The most important results were reached as follows: Many social institutions contribute to controlling social values.
