Where this study examines the problem of lack of credit in transactions by shedding light on this special case of the guarantee, which was dealt with by the laws in question and organized part of it, leaving some of its provisions to the general rules, as the multiplicity of guarantors is based on the idea of having more than one guarantor-obligated-who guarantee the debtor's fulfillment the guarantor when the latter fails to pay, then it is possible to refer to the rules of the multiplicity of the parties to the obligation on the one hand, and on the other hand, each of the guarantors guarantees the debtor’s obligation either by guaranteeing all of his financial liability (the personal guarantor), or by guaranteeing a certain money allocated for this purpose (in-kind guarantee) and accordingly, the provisions of the insurance and possession mortgage are present in the surety contract, and this is what this study tries to gather its diaspora throughout the division paragraphs that were placed in its framework...
