The research focuses on the Iraqi Bar Association, which was one of the first non-governmental organizations that participated and contributed effectively in supporting the Palestinian people's jihad inside and outside the occupied Arab territories, in addition to being one of the first to call for conferences and seminars to bring the Palestinian cause to the fore.

So, it is considered one of the most prominent and lofty issues in the world because of the tragedies, hardships, massacres, and displacement of its oppressed people, and their displacement from their land using the latest military capabilities that the occupier was obtaining from countries to supporting the (Israeli) presence in Palestine.
