with shedding light on the need to know the rule of God Almighty for those who want to be proficient in reciting His Holy Book, from which it is necessary to rely on the melodies emanating from the Iraqi sung maqam.

As an introduction to the ruling on learning the Iraqi singing maqam, teaching it and employing it in reciting the Noble Qur'an in the Iraqi way using some of the melodies drawn from it with the conditions that allow that, and the ruling on reciting the Iraqi melodies that are covered by the five mandated rulings based on what is in accordance with the Sharia or against it.
