This research is a grammatical study of verbal sentence which has more than four parsings in Surat Al-Baqarah.

This research provided a preface and applied study.

The preface presented the definition of the sentence in language and terminology, the definition of the verbal sentence and a definition of sentences that have place in parsing and that do not have a place of parsing and dealing with enumerating its most important parts.
