With the inability of successive governments to change this reality and reach great slopes, today Iraq in general lives with compelling health and educational conditions, which have greatly affected the health and educational reality in the country, which prompted those concerned to take various measures at newspapers, magazines, research and studies in line with the aspect, and in order to Shedding light on the reality of health and education in the era of Abd al-Karim Qassem.

The previous one was found from the lesson and the benefit from the previous periods in this aspect.

The choice of the title of our research tagged with “The Health and Educational Reality in the Al-Qasimi Era (1958-1963)” came.

The research consisted of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion.

In the first topic, we discussed the change in educational policy in the two periods "before and after the 1958 revolution.
