This research aims to shed light on the administrative means related to the protection of female employee victims of sexual harassment in the government sector.

Statistics indicate that a not small percentage of women working in the government sector are subjected to sexual harassment, and the failure to shed light on this phenomenon is liable to increase it.

The French legislator tried to protect the employee by recognizing her the right to job protection in the face of the illegal behavior she is exposed to.
