Public relationships become one of the important functions in modern organizations in the global, where it perform important roles in the field of communicational processes among the organizations and their public, and accomplish the mutual understanding between the two parties taking the research and the analysis, a tendency in political industry and making the programs, and communication in all of its dimensions in that public relationships pursue the scientific curriculum in the search which is based on analysis and interpretation and these are operations which are in need of the full awaring of the psychological studies which are related to reality.

The humane needs, its constituents, the individual trends, their different points of views, the means of measuring these trends and affect them to gain the public trust which the organizations deal with, in addition to that public relationships is belong to the group of recent social sciences to face humane development needs where social sciences can supply us with information that may be proved for humane conduct which is the core of public relationships.
