Labor legislation regulates labor relations and protects the largest group in society, which is the category of workers.

This legislation adopts the criterion of dependency to distinguish labor relations from other relations between the worker and the employer, and in light of the Corona pandemic, which constituted an exceptional and unexpected circumstance, it revealed deficiencies and cracks in the laws The need to move to the method of "remote work" and to adopt development, transfer and exchange information in the digital and technological fields has become an urgent necessity, which leads to difficulty and the occurrence of legal problems regarding the issue of the employer's control and supervision over workers.
