Administrative contracts are based on joint cooperation between the parties to the contract, i.

the administration and the private investor, in order to reach the best results for both parties.

As a result, new forms of administrative contracts appeared, known as BOT contracts, which are nothing but a new form of traditional franchise contracts.

The most important feature of bot contracts is their adoption of many concepts alien to the traditional legal system of administrative contracts and originally derived from the Anglo-Saxon legal system, such as the principle of legislative and contractual stability, as well as the possibility of settling their disputes by alternative methods of judicial settlement.

Alternative means of settling administrative contract disputes can take two forms, namely, amicable means, and arbitration.

Arbitration will be the subject of our study.
