This research discusses the legitimacy of outer space activities.

As all countries of the world are free to explore and use outer space, including the moon and other celestial bodies, on an equal basis and in accordance with international law, this freedom may result in some illegitimate uses, such as nuclear or Biological experiments that may cause damage to outer space.

This is precisely the research problem.

The main question is how legitimate is the use of outer space on the moon's surface.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: all countries have the freedom to peacefully explore and use outer space, there is an absence of an international executive authority to implement the decisions of the Claims Settlement Committee (through which the launching countries are forced to compensate the affected country), there is an absence of an international body to which space bodies are subject, and space bodies are subject to the authority of the launching states only.
