The research discusses the criminal act of instigating against state officials' through social media, indicating the legal, financial, and moral pillars and the sentence of this crime.

The research aims to clarify the instigator's legal adaptation (based on Sharia law) and clarify who the state officials who must be obeyed and forbidden to incite them and to indicate the legal ruling to enter the websites that incite against the rulers as well as the sentence to respond to the instigator.
