This research discusses the study of the words in which divorce occurs and the number of shots that take place because the words of divorce are explicit including the metonymy, and the lack of some words of divorce to the intention in some cases to cause divorce.

so, the researcher collected the issues of divorce that were mentioned in the book of al-Muwatta and mentioned in which the imam Malik (may god have mercy on him): (the best of what I have heard) and studying it as a jurisprudential study by comparing the Islamic sects, presenting their sayings and evidence, responding to them, and clarifying the most correct ones throughout the strength of their evidence and the interests arising from it without violating the legal rulings laid down by the wise legislator.
