University libraries websites today are among the trends that cannot be dispensed with, whether through their official website or through their websites on social networks and platforms, and in light of the rapid developments and changing needs of beneficiaries with the availability of technology, it is necessary for university libraries, especially central ones, to have a presence on the web to be able to provide the electronic information services remotely however, the general secretariat of the central library at the University of Diyala has create a special website within the university scope network on the web.

the aim of this research is to identify this site and the information services that have been developed for the beneficiaries and researchers through its official website: https://library.uodiyala.edu.iq, for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the research and knowing the results of the site analysis in order to prepare and set appropriate recommendations to enhance and develop it, the descriptive analytical approach was used finding the most important results which shows that the training of beneficiaries and researchers service, and request for electronic messages, also search through the librarian services.

the research then made several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to activate the continuing education divisions in university central libraries in order to facilitate the provision of training and development service and to deliver them to researchers and beneficiaries easily.
