Abstract EN

The main objective of this research is to build an integrated philosophical conceptual framework for the variables by tracking and reviewing recent cognitive efforts in this field, by diagnosing the levels of the main and sub-variables according to a survey of managers' opinions in the researched projects.

That is why our research is a confirmation of these attempts that prove their role in the light of what was stated in the thesis.

The researcher talks about (the role of knowledge economy indicators in achieving entrepreneurial performance: an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of small business managers in the city of Erbil) and everyone in terms of his opinion, for example, about the indicators of the knowledge economy.

All this with its impact on the dependent variable of entrepreneurial performance.

The researcher referred to the descriptive analytical approach, where the study variables and dimensions are described, as well as diagnosing the study community represented by managers of all small projects in the city of Erbil.

The study will reveal a set of conclusions drawn from the results of the statistical analysis.

The descriptive analysis data indicated that there are good levels of the main variables, as the research and development dimension achieved the first rank by providing project management for advanced and modern methods of research completion.

In the light of which a set of proposals are presented that benefit the sector under study to seek the assistance of consultants and researchers to present proposals and creative ideas as a step from managing the projects under research towards enhancing post-research and development.
