Abstract EN

The Prophet's migration from Mecca to Medina is a political revolution with all the facts, as there has become a clear-cut political system embodied in the establishment of the Islamic state in its modern concept of the term (the state), as the three pillars of the state's establishment were provided, namely, the region, the people, and sovereignty represented by the independent authority, according to the definition of the modern constitutional law of the state.

From here came the selection of the research topic tagged (the concept of the state in Islamic political thought) and two axes were addressed: First: the concept of the state.

Second: The origin of the state in Islam.

Then the conclusion that included the results of the research with a list of sources and references, and finally we hope that it will be a source of knowledge and God grant us success.
