The jurisprudential deliberations recorded in the books of high contention are considered a scientific repository that issues scientific results extracted from the reports of scholars and investigators in the sciences of Sharia, and whoever observes the foundations and branches of Islamic jurisprudence that has been granted to Islamic jurisprudence is aware of the far-sightedness of those minds, and how they participated in weaving the ruling systems, and guiding the behavior of people in their worship And their transactions, so their rules and controls collapsed through studying the texts of Sharia, and activating the tools and mechanisms of deduction to come up with practical scientific solutions to people's calamities and their accidents, and they excelled in fulfilling the public and private ones.
