The research tackled the role of Egypt in establishing the League of Arab States and highlighted its efforts in communicating with Arab countries such as holding meetings in Cairo until it succeeded in establishing the university in 1945 and its headquarters in Cairo.

Since Egypt was the first founder, From Egypt, except for a short period, the university moved to Tunisia because of Egypt's signing of the peace treaty with Israel in 1978.

Egypt was then subjected to a regional herd and suspended its membership in a university to return in 1991.
