Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the role of active learning strategies in developing creative thinking skills (fluency, sensitivity to problems, flexibility) among primary school students.

Moreover, to achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a instrument, and the study sample consisted of (99) primary school teachers in the academic year 1440 AH 1441 AH.

The results of the study revealed that the role of active learning strategies in developing creative thinking skills (fluency, sensitivity to problems, flexibility) among primary school students from the viewpoint of primary school teachers it came in large degree with 81.4% support.

The study recommended that the necessity of adopting active learning strategies in the educational process because of its impact on the success of the educational process and the development of students' thinking skills.
