The dictionary may carry between its two covers fossils of words that belong to the language or dialects as recorded at the time of composing the dictionary without being touched by time with the year of change that affects everything in life, including language; and this research comes to shed light on the references to dialects contained in the dictionaries I have committed the research to the limits of the place without the tribe in order to avoid the problem of the instability of the tribes in one place and their continuous migration, as well as the splitting of the one tribe into several sections and its spread over the various parts of the Arab world, so the attribution of dialect to it may cause research into the problem of inaccuracy in extracting the results obtained, and it took Iraq as a source to be a place for studying the dialect, because it was known for its metropolitan areas that affected the history of Islam and the Arab nation.

the research was divided into two parts, the first part was devoted to the study of Iraqi dialects, and the second part was for the lexicon.
