The research aims to identify the conceptual framework for protecting the marine environment from pollution, as well as the international organizations and their role in protecting the marine environment from pollution.

The first topic was entitled the conceptual framework for protecting the marine environment from pollution.

In the second topic, it was studied under the title of international organizations and their role in protecting the marine environment from pollution.

The researcher concluded that the international organizations (the United Nations Organization) as a global organization with its various organs and organizations play a large and important role in the field of international cooperation to protect the marine environment on the ground and also constitute a coordination center for international cooperation in the field of marine environment protection and this expresses the sincere desire of the international community to preparing and developing international environmental law.
