Abstract EN

The research problem lies in the various economic innovations and variety of modern financial derivatives that require (awareness of) the ruling from prudent law giver.

A fact that justifies the need of a scholar of Islamic economics well equipped with tools and of Shari’ah, including the principles of jurisprudence.

Therefore, the research aims to study the relationship between the science of jurisprudence as a regulating factor for the jurisprudence of events and the theory of Islamic economy together with its entire developments and variety of branches.

Departing from the hypothesis, the Islamic economy shall have certain controls to encounter the contemporary variables, may be the prominent among them is the principles of jurisprudence.

To achieve the goal of the research and prove its hypothesis, the research was divided into two topics, the first dealt with: Shortening the distance between the science of jurisprudence and Islamic economics, while the second topic dealt with an attempt to know the limits of the relationship between the science of jurisprudence and Islamic economics.
