The second rank of the administrative system has played a major role in the political scene, and here we had to highlight the role and functions of the ministers and their role in changing the course of events in these during the period of last Abbasid Caliphates era, through the tasks and powers conferred on them and the visible fingerprints left by to ministers in the conduct and orientation of events on a continuous and serious basis, the ministers had powers at the political level that were of varying degree of importance.

It would have given a distinctive character to the period of the research.
