يقوم السليك في شعره على وصف الفقر والتشرد والتطبع بالخشونة وجمالها الوحشي ولهذا اتسمت لغته بالخشونة كحياته فضلاً عن صعوبة عيشه المقفر بالصحراء فشعره ترجمة لواقع حياته المقفرة فضلاً عن جمالية السرد القصصي الذي نبع في اغلب اشعاره .
Abstract EN
Al-Silik describes in his poetry poverty, homelessness, roughness, and its brutal beauty.
For this reason, his language was characterized by the roughness of his life, in addition to the difficulty of his desolate life in the desert.
His poetry is a translation of the reality of his desolate life, as well as the aesthetic narrative that stems from most of his poems.
