As precious stones are as old as humans, the passion has always been high on possessing, trading, and saving these stones.

Precious stones, being antirust, antiweathering, and valuable, have always been the main concern of humans' desires, attraction, and posession across time and place.

This paper, therefore, tracks the importance, nature, history, effect, and position of precious stones across cultures and people throughout the human history, with emphasis on that in Islamic golden ages.

The paper falls into two subsections.

Subsection one elaborates on the historiographies of precious stones along the financial value of such assets.

Subsection two is concerned with the distribution and position of precious stones through Islamic civilization ages.

The paper, additionally, draws on the classification and recognition of precious stones as to type, structure, form, use, and advantage
