Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى واقع توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي و علاقته بجودة أداء الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تكونت عينة الدراسة من (370) عضو هيئة تدريس، و استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و تم تطوير استبانة مكونه من ثلاث أجزاء ؛ الأول : ويشمل البيانات الديمغرافية، والثاني : لقياس درجة توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي مكون من (33) فقرة موزعة على المجالين الإداري و الأكاديمي، و الثالث : لقياس درجة جودة أداء الجامعات الأردنية مكون من (28) فقرة، تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها.

و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس كانت متوسطة.

كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي تبعاً للمتغيرات : الجنس، الرتبة الأكاديمية، عدد سنوات الخبرة.

في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق تبعا لمتغير نوع الكلية و لصالح الكليات العلمية.

كما أظهرت النتائج أن درجة جودة أداء الجامعات الأردنية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، و أنه لايوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بدرجة جودة أداء الجامعات الأردنية تبعاً للمتغيرات الجنس الرتبة الأكاديمية، عدد سنوات الخبرة، نوع الكلية.

كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي و الدرجة الكلية لها جودة أداء الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس.

English Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the reality of the employment of artificial intelligence and its relationship with the quality of performance of Jordanian universities from the point of view of the faculty members.

The study sample consisted of (370) faculty members, and the descriptive correlative approach was used, and a three-part questionnaire was developed; The first: includes demographic data, and the second: to measure the degree of artificial intelligence employment, consisting of (33) items distributed over the administrative and academic domains, and the third: to measure the degree of quality performance of Jordanian universities, consisting of (28) items, which validity and reliability were verified.

The results of the study showed that the degree of artificial intelligence employment in Jordanian universities from the point of view of faculty members was medium.

The results also indicated that there were no differences in the degree of artificial intelligence employment according to the variables: gender, academic rank, number of years of experience.

While the results showed that there were statistically significant differences according to the type of college and in favor of the scientific colleges.

The results also showed that the degree of the quality of performance of Jordanian universities was a medium degree, and that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of quality of performance of Jordanian universities according to the variables: gender, academic rank, number of years of experience, type of college.

The results also indicated that there was a statistically significant correlation between the degree of artificial intelligence employment and the total degree of quality performance of Jordanian universities from the point of view of faculty members.
