Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الصحافة الإلكترونية العراقية إزاء حراك الشباب العراقي في العراق للمدة من 2019/10/1 لغاية 2020/5/6 والكشف عن التباين في اتجاهات الصحافة الإلكترونية العراقية حول الوضع السياسي في العراق الناشئ عن تظاهرات الشباب في بغداد وعند من محافظات العراق والإحداث المتسارعة.

ورصد كم التغطية الصحفية وأبرز الاتجاهات السائدة في الصحافة الكترونية العراقية عن الحراك الشبابي في العراق والكشف عن الأطر الإعلامية التي استخدمتها الصحف الإلكترونية العراقية في تغطيتها للحراك.

وذلك بتصميم استمارة لتحليل مضمون المقالات الافتتاحية لعينة عمدية من ثلاثة صحف إلكترونية عراقية هي؟ صحيفة الصباح وصحيفة طريق الشعب وصحيفة الزمان حيث اعتمد نظرية الاطر.

وتم اعتماد الحصر الشامل لوحدة العينة وهي المقالات المنشورة خلال الفترة الزمنية الواقعة ما بين 1 /2019/10 و 2020/5/6، وبلغ العدد الكلي لوحدة العينة 225 مقسمة إلى 50 لصحيفة الصباح الإلكترونية و 100 لصحيفة طريق الشعب الإلكترونية و 75 لصحيفة الزمان الإلكترونية.

وخلصت دراسة نتائج تحليل مضمون المقالات المنشورة في الصحف الإلكترونية الثلاثة إلى انها تتنوع في طبيعة الموضوعات التي تقوم بنشرها، بحيث أن الصحف امتازت بشكل عام بنشر الموضوعات المتعلقة بالحراك الشبابي والتظاهرات.

وقد بينت النتائج الخاصة بالتحليل أن اتجاهات الصحافة إلكترونية كانت متباينة إزاء الحراك الشبابي.

وبينت النتائج الخاصة بالتحليل أن القوى الفاعلة والناشطة على الصفحة الأولى لصحف الدراسة، المتظاهرون وأنها تباينت في مواضع واتفقت في أخرى ولكن ركزت على المواضيع المتعلقة بالحراك الشبابي والتظاهرات والتشكيل الحكومي ودعم حرية التظاهر والمطالب الشبابية ولم تعط هي اهتماما كبيرا على المواضيع الأخرى كاستخدام القوة ضد المتظاهرين ومحاسبة الفاسدين.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the trends of the Iraqi electronic press regarding the movement of Iraqi youth in Iraq for the period from 1/10/2019 to 6/5/2020.

And revealing the discrepancy in the trends of the Iraqi electronic press about the political situation in Iraq arising from the youth demonstrations in Baghdad and a number of Iraq's governorates and the accelerating events.

And monitor the amount of press coverage and the most prominent trends prevailing in the Iraqi electronic press about the youth movement in Iraq.

And the disclosure of the media frameworks used by the Iraqi electronic newspapers in their coverage of the movement.

By designing a form to analyze the content of the editorial articles of a deliberate sample of three Iraqi electronic newspapers: Al-Sabah newspaper, Al-Shaab newspaper and Al-Zaman newspaper, where the theory of frames was adopted A comprehensive inventory of the sample unit was adopted, which is the articles published during the time period between 1/10/2019 and 6/5/2020, and the total number of the sample unit reached 225, divided into 50 for Al-Sabah electronic newspaper, 100 for Al-Shaab electronic newspaper, and 75 for Al-Zaman electronic newspaper.

The study of the results of analyzing the content of the articles published in the three electronic newspapers concluded that they vary in the nature of the topics they publish, so that the newspapers have generally excelled in publishing topics related to the youth movement and demonstrations.

The results of the analysis showed that the trends of the electronic press were different in relation to the youth movement.

The results of the analysis showed that the active and active forces on the front page of the study newspapers are the demonstrators, and that they varied in places and agreed in others, but focused on issues related to youth movement, demonstrations, government formation, support for freedom of demonstration and youth demands, and did not pay much attention to other topics such as the use of force against demonstrators and accountability the corrupt.
