Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مستوى وطبيعة أثر التداعيات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية لجائحة كورونا على اداء المنظمات الصناعية في العاصمة عمان، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

يتكون مجتمع الدراسة المنشآت الصناعية المسجلة في غرفة صناعة عمان، ونظراً لكبر حجم مجتمع الدراسة وعدم إمكانية حصره والوصول إليه، تم اللجوء إلى استخدام العينة الميسرة الجمع البيانات من المستجيبين (2010) Sekaran)، تم توزيع (351) استبانة بطريقة عشوائية على أفراد عينة الدراسة، وتم إرجاع (288) استبانة فقط، بمعدل استجابة 78 %.

وبعد تحليل البيانات أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير إحصائي مهم لجميع أبعاد جائحة كورونا (التداعيات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية) على أداء المنظمات الصناعية في العاصمة عمان.

وهذا يدل على أن التداعيات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية لجائحة كورونا لها تأثير واضح على أداء المنظمات الصناعية في العاصمة عمان، وأن هذا الأثر أدى إلى ضعف في الأداء المالي والتشغيلي للمنظمات.

ومن أهم التوصيات التي أوصتها الدراسة هي العمل على إجراء هذه الدراسة مرة أخرى ولنفس القطاع الصناعي لكن لمحافظة أخرى من أجل تعميم هذه النتائج على القطاع الصناعي في الأردن ككل.

English Abstract

This study aims to find out the level and nature of the impact of the economic, social and political repercussions of the Corona pandemic on performance of the industrial organizations in Amman, the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach.

The study population consists of industrial establishments registered in the Amman Chamber of Industry.

The sample included (288) questionnaires, with a response rate of 78%.

After analyzing the data, the results showed an important statistical effect of all dimensions of the Corona pandemic (economic, social and political repercussions) on the performance of industrial organizations in the capital, Amman.

This indicates that the economic, social and political repercussions of the Corona pandemic have a clear impact on the performance of industrial organizations in the capital, Amman, and that this effect has led to a weakness in the financial and operational performance of the organizations.

One of the most important recommendations recommended by the study is making this study again for the same industrial sector, but for another governorate in order to generalize these results to the industrial sector in Jordan as a whole.
