Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى للتدريس البنائي، من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين والمعلمات أنفسهن.

وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (227) معلمة تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية من المدارس الحكومية التابعة للواء القويسمة في محافظة العاصمة عمان و (4) مشرفات تربويات، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير أداتين هما الاستبانة والمقابلة، إذ تضمنت الاستبانة أربعة مجالات: مجال التخطيط، ومجال التهيئة والتمهيد، ومجال التفاعل الصفي، ومجال التقويم، أما المقابلة فقد تضمنت (13) سؤالاً موزعة على المجالات ذاتها.

وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى للتدريس البنائي، من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين والمعلمات أنفسهن جاءت ،مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة ممارسة معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى للتدريس البنائي تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة).

وأوصت الدراسة بتضمين مناهج مرحلة الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى نماذج تطبيقية لدروس تقوم على استراتيجيات النظرية البنائية؛ لاستخدامها في التدريس.

English Abstract

The study aims to investigate the level of practice of constructivist teaching by female teachers of the first three grades from the point of view of the educational supervisors and the teachers themselves.

A descriptive analytical approach was used.

The sample of the study consisted of (227) teachers who were chosen randomly, and (4) educational supervisors who were selected non-randomly.

They were chosen from governmental schools in the Qweismeh district in the governorate of Amman.

And to achieve the goal of the study, two tools were developed: the questionnaire, and the interview.

The questionnaire included (49) questions which belong to four areas: the field of planning, the field of preparation and introduction, the field of class interaction, and the field of evaluation.

The interview included (13) questions belonging to the same fields (planning, preparation and introduction, class interaction, evaluation).

The current study shows that female teachers of the first three grades practice constructivist teaching to a high level from the viewpoint of the educational supervisors and the teachers themselves.

In addition, the results also show that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses due to the academic qualification, and years of experience variables.

The study recommends that the curricula of the first three grades should include applied models for lessons based on the strategies of constructivism theory and to be used in teaching.
