Abstract EN

The research problem was manifested on the importance of studying the leadership personality traits of university students, as it is one of the most important fields of psychology and one of the basics of the educational behavior of the individual in organizing life and employing energies and directing them to the optimal path and an indicator of psychological and social compatibility of the individual and his harmony with the physical and social environment that is characterized by continuity, change and modification.

the study aimed to: - recognizing the leadership personality traits for the students of the fourth stage of the college of physical education and sports sciences.

identifying the differences in the leadership personality traits of the students of the fourth stage of the college of physical education and sports sciences according to gender.

the researcher followed the descriptive approach in the manner of survey and comparative studies to achieve the objectives of his study, and the research community included the students of the fourth stage / college of physical education and sports sciences-university of Babylon for the morning study.

after collecting, analyzing and discussing data, the researcher concluded the most important conclusions: (there were differences in the level of leadership personality traits among students of the fourth stage of the college of physical education and sports sciences, according to gender).
