The problem of the study was manifested by answering the following question, posed by the researcher: do teachers of physical education teachers have quality job performance?, while the study aimed to build and apply the scale the quality of job performance for physical education teachers from the point of view of their school principals, the researcher followed the descriptive approach using the survey method, as it is the most appropriate for the purpose of the study and the nature of the problem.

conducting the scientific basis for it in term of sincerity and stability, as the researcher relied in its use (apparent honesty and honesty of individual formation).

as for the constancy, it followed the half-segmentation method and the alpha Cronbach method), which resulted in the scale of the study in their final form, as the scale of quality of job performance on (34) items, and then the researcher applied the scales of the study on the application sample and conducting the appropriate statistical methods related to the objectives of the research, the researcher came out with conclusions, that physical education teachers in Wasit education directorate excel quality job performance.
