This research aimed to identify the prevailing leadership styles among kindergarten principals from the point of view of principals and teachers, and to identify how time management by kindergarten principals from the point of view of teachers and principals, and the extent of the relationship between leadership styles and time management from the point of view of principals and teachers of children, and to achieve the goal The research A sample of the research was selected (30) principals and (30) teachers.

The questionnaire was used as a tool to reveal how to manage time as well as the administrative style followed.

The researchers prepared two research tools and the following statistical methods were used: Pearson correlation coefficient to find the relationship between as well as in finding Reliability, weighted mean, weighted mean, one-sample t-test, and t-test for significance of the correlation coefficient.

The results showed that time is important for female principals and teachers, and that the democratic style is the most prevalent administrative style, and there is no correlation between time management and administrative styles.
