This research dealt with a historical problem with a great political and social dimension, taking into account the human factors that move history, and push it to progress or decline, there is keeping up with history, and there is beyond it, and there is also backwardness, and live beyond its horizons.

This is the problem of peoples and their negative and positive interaction with the events of their history and awareness.

We mentioned in the introduction a number of factors and we divided the search into three headings in questions that are part of the methodological interpretation, to understand the objective and conceptual connection about the meaning of history and the reasons for its dependence on Utopian historiography, Metaphysical, or realistic, to try to discredit the historical illusion that governs the general path of the lives of certain peoples or the ideologically integrated human factions, and distinguishes from true history by being a reality act that does not accept conflicting interpretive readings.
