the research discussed the most important strengths in the industrial sector as well as its weaknesses.

after president Abdelaziz Bouteflika assumed the presidency of the republic in 1999, this reflected positively on the industrial sector through the first economic recovery program in 2000, which allocated large sums of money for the development of the industrial sector as well as its attachment to the second complementary economic recovery program in 2005, and the industry witnessed development in various fields and the development of industry was through foreign investment, which began to develop the industry significantly, as well as to go to the private sector for the development of local industries as well as to emphasize the important industries for export, add to that to encourage small and medium industries that were widespread in Algeria.
