مما لا شك فيه إن مسيرة امتدت لأكثر من نصف قرن، لا بد أن تحمل بين طياته، الكثير من معاني الاخلاص و حب العمل و الشغف في الرياضة، و التنافس الشريف، و اتنقل من لاعب إلى مدرب، إلى حكم استقر عنده حتى اعتزاله، ليتفرغ للعمل الإداري، إنه استاذنا(حارث شاكر)، و لعل السمة المميزة لشخصيته هو معاصرته لاجيال من الرياضيين الذين أنجنتهم ملاعب ديالى، و عمله الجاد و المبدع و نكرانه للذات، إذ كانت فترة قيادته لإدارة نادي ديالى تعد الفترة الذهبية لهذا النادي، لما رافقته من إنجازات لمختلف فرقه، فضلا عن كونه أفضل حكم في آسيا و إداريا مبدعا و متميزا و بشهادة كل من عاصروه.
English Abstract
