The scientific progress witnessed by textual linguistics hastened the creation of ambiguity and confusion at the level of terminology.

the rapid development of text linguistics in the modern age pushed the field to rely on a unique terminology system that is functionally-based on a set of scaffolds.

this acceleration brought about a crisis of terms and concepts.

Arab researchers acquired this discipline with the purpose of achieving cognitive integration that is based on linguistic acculturation.

our study is based on two principles : translation and etymology, and attempts to identify the causes of term disarray, as well as suggest solutions for standardization.
