In the chapter “Originating Researches,” Sheikh Dr.

Muhammad Choucair wrote his article under the title “The Philosophy of Justice,” in which he analyzes what justice is and explains its epistemological structures in a comparative context between the religious and the temporal disciplines.

It also sheds light on the most prominent pitfalls in which modern temporal knowledge of justice has fallen in, especially those related to its relativism and its subjection to historical and cultural conditions.
