Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the degree of applying the organizational conflict management strategies among the male and female principals of basic schools in Al Jame'ah district from the teachers' perspectives, and to identify the level of administrative creativity they have, as well as to identify the relationship between organizational conflict management strategies and administrative creativity among the male and female principals of basic schools in Al Jame'ah district.

relational descriptive approach was used, and a sample of the study population was chosen by the stratified random method that consisted of (443) male and female teachers, and a questionnaire was developed for that, where it consisted of two parts, the first part was for the organizational conflict management strategy and it consisted of (44) paragraphs distributed on (5) fields, while the second part dealt with administrative creativity and included (28) paragraphs distributed on (4) areas.

the results of the study showed that the degree of applying the organizational conflict management strategies among the male and female principals of basic schools in al jame'ah district from the teachers’ perspectives was high.

the results also showed that the level of administrative creativity had a high degree, and they as well revealed a positive and statistically significant relationship between administrative creativity and organizational conflict management strategies.
