Abstract EN

This study aimed to indentify the level of applying the principles of agile leadership by private schools' administrations in al-Jame'ah district, and to identify the extent of achieving the dimensions of organizational reputation in private schools' administrations in al Jame'ah district, as well as to measure the relationship between the level of applying agile leadership and building the organizational reputation, and to identify the role of (creativity, service quality social responsibility) by building organizational reputation and its impact.

the descriptive and analytical approach was used, and the study population consisted of all private schools' teachers in al-Jame'ah district at all stages, consisting of (10,000) male and female teachers, and the sample was chosen in a random stratified method of (472) male and female teachers.

in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a questionnaire.

the results of the study concluded that the level of applying the principles of agile leadership and the dimensions of organizational reputation by private schools' administrations in al-Jame'ah district was high from the teachers' perspectives.

also, the results showed a positive relationship between applying the principles of agile leadership and the dimensions of organizational reputation by the private schools' administrations in al-Jame'ah district.

based on the results of this study, the researcher recommended the necessity of enhancing educational leaders who practice the agile leadership style for its great importance, and the necessity of holding training courses to train educational leaders to practice and use the agile leadership in the educational institution in an appropriate manner.
