In my research, I dealt with one of the grammatical rulings in the ancient linguistic heritage, that ruling was termed the (malignant), a rule that was not highlighted by researchers who eat that heritage by studying and analyzing, or who suffer on the sound, morphological and grammatical judgments in it, so this came searching for an explanation of why we chose it, and clarifying what is meant by it in the language and convention, in addition to mentioning a number of linguistic questions that are this ruling in that heritage, as well as mentioning the motive that was behind that ruling, and the reason why linguists chose this term (malicious) exclusively without other.
